Janette Walker

I moved to Kerikeri in January 2015 and love the community spirit here, everyone is so welcoming. I joined the Bay of Islands photography club and PSNZ (the Photographic Society of New Zealand) in August in 2017.

I take landscape, animal and family portraits. But my real passion is flowers, I love nothing more than getting up close with my macro lens. It’s the details in the flowers that I love to capture and share. I also love creating soft dreamy delicate images too. Nature never ceases to amaze me… I love being at one with nature.

I completed a diploma in professional photography in 2013 and an advanced diploma in professional photography in 2014, as well as a certificate in portrait photography in 2014.
