Rachel Palmer is an experienced art tutor and artist creating and developing her artwork over 20 years. She specialises in sculpture, wire art, commissions and installation decorations for festivals. Using a wide range of upcycled mix media Rachel creates one off sculptures, furniture and lighting for the garden and home.
