Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We regularly send items safely throughout New Zealand.

All items are tracked but do not require a signature unless requested.

Shipping is already included in the cost of your item but if the item is oversized we will get back to you regarding additional shipping costs.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, generally within four days of your order and payment.

Items are shipped within New Zealand via Courier Post. Most New Zealand parcels arrive within three – five working days from being sent.

Bay of Islands Creative Gallery are reliant on their delivery partners to ensure your delivery is made as soon as possible. There may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process.

Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.

Product Availability

Due to the nature of our pieces not all items are always available. While we endeavour to keep the Website’s inventory levels current, sometimes technology lets us down and we are unable to supply an ordered item. If the piece of art ordered is no longer available we will contact you immediately with alternatives, however, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. All products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you safely.

If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and the courier company will be contacted by the artist whose work you purchased to sort out any claims.

If for any reason you are not happy with your artwork please contact us immediately. We need to be notified of your intention to return an item within 2 working days of receipt of your order, and receive the returned item within 10 working days of receipt of your order.

Returned products must be in original condition and securely packaged.

Once they have arrived back safely we will either exchange it, provide a credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

Please note that unless an item is faulty, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return charges are your responsibility.

Unfortunately items purchased on sale online are final are unable to be returned or exchanged.

Any return will be sent directly to the artist whose work you purchased and you will be provided with those details
